Gertie's Peanut Butter Pies

A new tasty treat from Ancaster's Chef Ryan, for peanut butter lovers everywhere! Mom’s old recipe for this all-seasons delight is made with a graham wheat & peanut crust, soft whipped mascarpone cream with a splash of fresh lemon, a ton of peanut butter mousse then topped with honey roasted peanuts, and oozing with peanut caramel, rich chocolate, or sweet strawberry jelly.
