Garlic & Dill Dressing

Ontario's winter garlic pairs with the firm, fresh taste of dill producing a fresh & lively dressing for salad greens or garden tomatoes & cucumbers. Delicious served over steamed asparagus, green beans, new boiled potatoes or garlic scapes. Accent baked chicken, rice & fish. Add to sour cream or yogurt for a veggie dip.

The Garlic Box is a family-run business, owned and operated by Jackie and Jim Rowe, which began with a one-acre plot in 1997 and a vision to introduce the finest locally grown garlic to Ontario kitchens.  They are a long-time member of Ontario Garlic Growers Association (OGGA), a proud supporter and contributor to the local Huron County agri-sector and economy, and a corporate member of the World Wildlife Fund.
