*Physical Gift Cards must be added to either a gift box or other items to be eligible for delivery. Otherwise, please pick up in store. If a gift card is purchased for delivery without a gift box or other items eligible for delivery, the scheduled delivery will be canceled with any delivery fees refunded, and the purchaser will be contacted to schedule a pickup.
